John + Sara - Roanoke, Indiana Wedding Photographer

Naturally....when your best friend of almost 9 years gets engaged....you go to Two EE's and drink lots of tasty wine, celebrate their engagement, laugh A LOT, and take their engagement pictures!  I am so so so darn happy for Sara and John and I can't wait to be on the other side of the camera in January as I am finally the bridesmaid and not the photographer! Woohoo!

It's safe to say this engagement was a long time coming and we have been waiting for the call that John finally popped the question.  When Sara texted me saying that it happened (ON A ROMANTIC GET AWAY IN A CASTLE FOR HER BIRTHDAY!) I cried so many tears of happiness.  I am so happy to see how happy my best friend is and how much joy that John brings into her life.  They both love all the same things and have the same dreams in life and I can not wait to watch their story unfold as they begin their journey together...which better include some sweet little babies for me to love on :)

I loved getting to photograph their session and seeing now nutty they are about each other and...especially after a few glasses of wine...how they would just soak one another in, like they were the only ones there.  That's love.
